Dear Ranch Hands,
Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus !
As we undertake the countdown to VBS, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for serving at VBS 2010 and to encourage you to just do your best.
God has gifted you and placed His hand upon you to bless you and to make you a blessing. We see the many talents and creativeness in each group of ranch hands. We thank you for your efforts to plan and prepare for the fun and exciting time for the children. As you serve and bless the children, I am certain that you shall also be blessed.
The burden of Ministry is not ours to carry. God will do the work. We only need to ABIDE - He will bring fruit. As we sow, He will give the increase.
Remember that He is our shield and our great reward. (Psalm 5:12) If you are struggling with work or other obligations/responsibilities during this countdown and wondering how you will cope with serving at VBS - we ask that you be still before our Lord and seek Him.

He is always there for us. I can testify that His love and the grace He gives to us is truly amazing. His ways are not our ways but it is the best - one that you cannot fathom. Remember to ask Him for answers. You will be pleasantly surprised.
