1. Daily Prayer before We Begin
· All Ranch Hands are encouraged to come for our Daily Morning Prayer at the Main Sanctuary (Monday 7.15-7.30 am Tue-Fri 7.30-7.45 am)
2. Registration for VBS Morning Session – VBS Day 1
· All Ranch Hands in Bible Study Bunkhouses must be at FBC by 7.30 am on Monday
· Registration tables will be manned by VBS Comm members. All Ranch Hands in Bible Study Bunkhouses are required to be present at Registration Tables; bringing along the name tags for the cowpokes.
3. What time should Ranch Hands arrive at FBC for Day 2 – Day 5 ?
· Ranch Hands in Bible Study Bunkhouses should be at FBC latest by 7.45am. All other Ranch hands should be at FBC by 8.00am and encouraged to be present for the Opening Worship Rally.
4. VBS Fam Carnival
· Give the cowpokes their VBS Fam Carnival coupons on Thursday. Share with them that parents can come and see what they have done. Ask cowpokes to make sure parents come .........very important!
· All ranch hands to be at FBC by 2.30pm (Saturday, 27th November 2010)
5. Routing cowpokes to Sunday School after VBS
· Give the cowpokes the Invite to Sunday School on Tuesday. Show them such a warm invitation that they just cannot resist coming back.
6. Cleaning-up After VBS
- Please begin to clear and reinstate classroom/rotation site only after the VBS Fam Carnival.
- Things that can be re-used by other churches are to be returned to the VBS Committee at the Appreciation Tea 3:00pm 28th November 2010 at the Globe Cafe. Things that are to be thrown out are to be placed in Foyer.
- Please remember to take back the chairs/table as tagged with your classroom number from Blazing Star Stables. Please count no. of chairs and reinstate as before VBS.
(Ensure all tables in your classrooms are properly labeled with the name of your class (e.g., B103 to be stuck underneath the table. Also count the number of chairs in your classroom. It is the teachers’ responsibility to ensure the classroom is restored to its original state.)
7. Appreciation Tea for all Ranch Hands
- Appreciation Tea is on 28th November 2010 (Sunday) at Globe Cafe at 3:00 p.m.
Please come to share and/or listen to one another’s experience at VBS 2010. There will be surprise items presented! Don’t miss out!

Day 1 (22nd November 2010)
Please give to cowpokes on Day 1, item 2 (T-shirts). Remind them to wash and wear to VBS on Wednesday. Please give to all ranch hands item 4 above.
Remember to collect back name tags at Dismissal in Worship Rally Valley daily. Take back the name tags when you take the cowpoke to the door when their names are called and they leave the hall.
Day 2 (23rd November 2010)
Please give to children item 5 RSVP for Sunday School & collect back by next day (Day 3).
Remind cowpokes that they have to wear their VBS T-shirt on Day 3 for class photo.
Collect back from all ranch hands in your class item 4 and return to the VBS Ops Room on VBS Day 2.
Day 3 (24th November 2010)
Please use the Response Cards and summarise the Decision Log for the children in your class. Please return all Decision Logs and Response Cards to VBS Ops Room the following day (Day 4).
Day 4 (25th November 2010)
Please give to children the Invite to VBS Fam Carnival and their coupons.
Inform cowpokes that they have to wear their VBS T-shirt for the Video Recording on Day 5 and the VBS Fam Carnival. Ask them to bring the T-shirt but do not wear. They can wear it at the Video Recording so the Tshirt will be clean.
Remind cowpokes to bring extra clothing (especially Preteens) as Recreation on Day 5 is a "wet activitiy".
Please return all Decision Logs and Response Cards to VBS Ops Room on Day 4.
